ABOUT ME

I am a coaching professional with extensive experience working at executive level. Fluent in English and Spanish I have previously held positions as Head of Human Resources at a range of international Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies.

What sets me apart from other coaches is that while others may rely purely on theoretical knowledge, I combine the latest thinking with extensive practical experience gained from a professional working environment. I work with individuals at all levels within an organisation to deliver tangible results.

I encourage individuals to explore their goals and to answer challenging questions that get to the heart of the matter . Within a safe and confidential space, I help people to make significant steps forward. During the sessions, I act as facilitator, putting you in the driving seat, helping you to commit to your own plan and achieve the results you want.

I work with international clients, using video and web conferencing tools, combined with face-to-face meetings where practical. I am based in Surrey, United Kingdom, with my family. Originally from México, I have a degree in Business and an Executive MBA as well as numerous coaching certifications.
